Construction is demanding work – and the challenges our people face don’t stop when they arrive at the jobsite. Join field and office leaders from across Northern Colorado for an honest conversation about The Human Side of Construction, including mental health, substance use and recovery, personal struggles, and how these challenges impact our teams.

We’ll explore how support and accountability can exist together. Supporting someone through a difficult time doesn’t mean lowering expectations, and holding people accountable doesn’t mean losing sight of the human being behind the work. Our goal is for attendees to leave with practical perspectives and a renewed understanding of how we can support our people while still building strong, accountable teams.
