“The Master Builder – Honoring Legacies and Mastering Industry Transitions”

We will explore how the construction industry can support retiring professionals beyond the traditional retirement party, focusing on capturing their knowledge, celebrating their contributions, and preparing the next generation for future challenges. With insights into workforce demographics and trends, a panel will discuss key topics such as knowledge transfer, bridging generational gaps, and addressing the industry’s future, while also examining how to best honor and support retiring workers in their transitions.

 

This event is free to attend – attendees will need to pay for parking if choosing to park at the TMI building. The cost is $2 per hour or $13/$8 per day, depending on which lot you park in. Parking map is attached to this email.
