The Northern Colorado Hospitality Sector Partnership hosted their All-Partner Meeting on Wednesday, July15 at Visit Fort Collins Welcome Center. Among the 31 attendees were owners, general managers, executive directors, and representatives from food and beverage establishments, hotels, retail businesses, and community organizations.
Lauren Storeby (owner of Snack Attack, Happy Trails Coffee Company, and co-owner of the Online Restaurant Academy), Tiffany Helton (owner of Stuft Burger Bar and co-owner of the Online Restaurant Academy), and Jeff Brown (owner of Still Whiskey Steaks) welcomed attendees with an overview of the sector partnership.

Lauren Storeby shared information about the Gifford Café: CSU HEM Teaching Lab Partnership Opportunity. The Gifford Café is in need of equipment including ice machines, commercial blenders, commercial microwaves, undercounter dishwashers, bar-style seating, and electronic menu board/TVs. In-Kind Donations Welcome: equipment, furniture, products, and services may be donated through the Colorado State University Foundation. Many gifts may qualify as charitable contributions for tax purposes.
