The Northern Colorado Health Sector Partnership (HSP) held its second quarter All-Partner Meeting on Wednesday, May 21 at High Country Beverage, with 46 attendees, including 35 industry partners. The meeting was co-led by partnership co-chairs Anna Von Dreele and Carol Salter, who welcomed participants and introduced the day’s agenda.

Community Health Spotlight: Acts of Connection Weld
Olivia Egen from the Weld County Department of Public Health introduced Acts of Connection Weld (AofC), an initiative designed to reduce social isolation and increase community connection. AofC is hosting in-person Connection Workshops throughout the county.
