The NoCo Nonprofit Sector Partnership (NPSP) held its Q1 All-Partner Meeting on March 5, 2025, welcoming 78 attendees. The gathering served as a collaborative space for nonprofit professionals across Northern Colorado to connect, share updates, and align on key priorities.
Welcome and Announcements
Kim Fisher opened the meeting by sharing details about the upcoming Founded in FoCo event, taking place March 11–13 at the Fort Collins Senior Center. This event brings together startups, creatives, solopreneurs, nonprofits, small businesses, students, entrepreneurs, and community members for inspiration and learning.
Networking
The meeting began with a 30-minute networking session to help attendees connect with new and familiar faces across the sector.
Featured Presentation: United for ALICE
Kelsey DeAstra from United Way of Larimer County presented on the United for ALICE initiative, focusing on individuals who are Asset Limited, Income Constrained, and Employed.

Jennifer Hahnke shared updates from the Community Awareness Committee, including:

Improving Your Organization
Jeff Pomranka announced the upcoming Connect and Share: Networking with a Fundraising Focus event:

This informal networking event will bring together nonprofit professionals to share fundraising challenges, successes, and insights, encouraging collaboration across organizations.
Sustainable Funding
Dawn Kirk shared that the Sustainable Funding Committee is planning an event for April 16, following the Connecting Colorado event.

The event will be a “speed dating” style gathering focused on the State of Funding

The goal is to foster collaborative conversations around long-term funding strategies

The committee also discussed how nonprofits can share resources and fill short-term skill needs through creative partnerships
